Experiencing Alerting Failure issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types - 10/03 - Investigating

We are aware of issues within Azure Monitor and are actively investigating. Some customers may  receive errors when accessing or performing service management operations such as creating, updating or deleting of Action rules for Azure Alerts. The alerts notifications are not impacted.
