Experiencing Data Access issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types - 11/18 - Investigating

We are aware of issues within Application Insights and Azure Workbooks and are actively investigating. Some customers using Application Insights and Azure Workbooks may receive failure notifications when performing service management operations - such as Create, Update, Delete for resources hosted in these regions.
