We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 04/21, 14:35 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04/21, 09:02 UTC and that during the 5 hours & 33 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers in South Central US and North Europe may experience errors querying metrics data from the private preview metrics batch service.
