For this session, we are excited to bring you some great speakers from Intermountain Healthcare and Nuance Communications.
As the Intermountain merger of SCL Health is completed, Craig Richardville, Chief Information Officer, Intermountain Healthcare, is working with the newly expanded team on a dual approach to technology in 2022 and beyond. While he is investing in new engagement assets to scale digital health across the system, he is also taking full advantage of the technologies already invested in, particularly leveraging the EHR as a platform for innovation. To that end, SCL and Intermountain are deploying ambient clinical intelligence in the exam and operating rooms for cardiology, orthopedic and primary care.
Speakers will share use cases for how ambient documentation works across specialties, care settings and the two organizations. They will also show the AI behind the scenes to guide providers with clinical data in the EHR workflow, and the outcomes in relieving providers from the administrative burden of documenting while improving the patient experience.
