We are excited to announce that we are again extending our virtual Microsoft 365 Patterns and Practices (PnP) team with additional community members. PnP team is responsible of the different Microsoft 365 community activities in different community channels, including our open-source work in the GitHub. This team consist of Microsoft employees and community members (MVPs) focused on helping the community the best use of Microsoft products, like Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Viva, Power Platform, OneDrive, SharePoint or API layer like Microsoft Graph.
We announced our new PnP team model in April 2020 with additional community members (link fixing in progress) and are now further extending this team with 9 new community members. We believe that by working together as a one unified team across the organization barriers, we can make even larger worldwide impact and helping other community member to succeed on adopting different practices within Microsoft 365 platform.

Geetha Sivasailam - Business Applications MVP and an App Dev Architect
Geetha is a Business Applications MVP and an App Dev Architect with Artis Consulting a Microsoft Partner delivering business solutions leveraging Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Custom App Dev implementations and various emerging technologies. She is passionate about enabling others to expand their possibilities and act more effectively with emerging tools and trends. She is also the co-founder of the Dallas Fort-Worth Power Platform UG.

Natalie Pienkowska - Program Manager
Natalie Pienkowska is a Program Manager II at Microsoft on the Ecosystem Integrations team, where she leads the Microsoft Power Platform Connector Ecosystem, which includes Independent Publisher connector program and the Certified connector program.
She is a Boston University alum who lives in New York City with her cat, enjoys biking around the city, and is passionate about environmental sustainability.
Derek Cash-Peterson - Principal Architect
Derek is a Principal Architect at Sympraxis Consulting. Formerly a resident of Boston he is currently living with his family in Reykjavik, Iceland. He is a developer that focuses on design and user experience using M365 technologies. He is a co-maintainer of the PnP SPFX Adaptive Card Extension GitHub repository, co-maintainer of the Microsoft learning pathways GitHub repository, and a contributor to Sharing is Caring initiative.

João J. Mendes - Senior SharePoint Developer and MVP
Hi, my name is João Mendes, I’m Portuguese living in Porto, Portugal. I'm Senior SharePoint Developer at Valo, my key role is to create applications for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem using SPFx, FluentUI, React, TypeScript. and node.js .
I love to develop front-end applications.
I am an active member of the PnP community, with several contributions in repositories such as SharePoint Framework Client-Side Extensions, Reusable React controls, SharePoint Framework Client-Side Web Part. I love contributing to the community and sharing knowledge and helping others.

Rick Van Rousselt - Managing Consultant\Technical Evangelist & MVP
Rick is a consultant, speaker and author living in Belgium. He's been working with SharePoint since 2007 and made the transition to Office 365 and Azure. His main focus is development, but as you all know... working with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Azure will require you to understand a bit from everything.
He's a managing partner @Advantive Belgium and you can connect with him on various platforms.
If Rick is not online he's spending time with his family or visiting a community event.
Stephan Bisser - Technical Lead & MVP
Stephan is a technical lead working for Solvion from Austria focusing on the topics Teams platform and Conversational AI. Therefore his aim is to bring as much intelligent applications like bots and others into the customer's modern workplace.
In April 2018, Stephan was also awarded as a Microsoft MVP for AI for contributing to various open-source projects, speaking at many conferences, sharing his knowledge on his blog or even writing his very own book.
Apart from work, as a already retired football player, Stephan loves to play football or spend time otherwise with his kids & family.
Tetsuya Kawahara - SharePoint Developer and MVP
Tetsuya is a Microsoft MVP in Office Development and a SharePoint Developer. He has been working with SharePoint since SharePoint Server 2013, building internal workflow systems and bulletin boards.
He also loves List Formatting in SharePoint development and contributes to the community GitHub repository.

Thomas Gölles - Head of Modern Workplace Solutions and MVP
Together with his colleagues, Thomas is responsible for a business unit that delivers customer projects on top of Microsoft 365 and selected Azure services at Solvion in Graz, Austria. His personal focus at the moment is on Teams apps based on .NET and Blazor.
As an active member of the Microsoft365 community and Microsoft MVP, he is co-organizer of CollabDays Vienna, Office 365 Meetup Graz, Office 365 Meetup Vienna. Together with friends he is running pod/videocasts at selectedtech.show and at365.de.
Outside of work Thomas is a football fan that likes to cook and loves spending time with his young family and friends.
