We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 3/21, 06:30 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 3/21, 03:30 UTC and that during the 3 hours that it took to resolve the issue, customers using Log Analytics in West Europe may have experienced Data Delays, Querying Impact, and may have also had misfired or delayed Alerts.
